For the last 25 years he has spent his life developing leaders, and coaching business leaders to become missional. He consults non-profit church organizations in many nations through professional development, training workshops, and seminars. As an Apostolic Leader, he is known for his relevance and simplicity in communicating the Word of God. His commitment to preach the uncompromised Word of God with visible demonstrations of the power of God helps to empower and release people to the work of the ministry; and also, to be transformed by the presence of Jesus to fulfill their God given prophetic destiny.
Nicky was raised in a pastoral home where his parent's spiritual instruction and impartation laid a strong foundation that led him to pursue God. At the age of 17, he had a personal encounter with Lord Jesus that dramatically changed the course of his life and he answered the call of God to preach the Gospel. Nicky has traveled to over 92 countries and has preached at crusades of thousands and taught in numerous churches in those nations. He has authored several books and lectures regularly at the School of Leadership in Singapore, and The Bible College of Wales in Wales, UK; and he continues to pursue the call of God to go to the nations with an apostolic mandate.
Currently, Nicky is thrilled to devote his life to serving Jesus as the lead Pastor of International Family Church -a church that is dependent on the Holy Spirit, multicultural in its membership in Columbia, South Carolina.
