He is the author and coauthor of the business bestsellers Leading Self-Directed Work Teams and The Distance Manager (with Mareen Fisher).Brother Fisher received a leadership scholarship from BYU, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in humanities and a master's degree in organizational behavior. He was the first recipient of the prestigious William G.
