Author Description

Dr. Burliss Parker earned his Master's and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, Ohio. For 10 years he served as a district superintendent, and for more than 25 years has worked to bring restoration and healing to churches and congregations. The steps outlined in From Ruins to Rebuilding are a direct result of his ministry with these churches and from his own personal journey of rebuilding.
