Author Description

The author is a Psychological Counsellor, Life Coach, and Pranic Healer. She has studied seven esoteric and spiritual techniques and paths, and is spiritually guided in most aspects of her life. She has authored syllabi books for Navneet Publications and has been an Editor and Copywriter with Vintage Cards & Creations (the Indian counterpart of Hall Mark Cards & Creations, Kansas, USA). She has engaged in content writing for Google and Ezine, and has written articles for newspapers on parent-child related problems. She has won Gold Medals twice in both B.Ed. and M.Ed. In addition to her writing interests and meditations, she is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys hobbies such as reading, painting, gardening and travelling. This book comprises the life experiences of the author and the many lessons learnt over the last four decades, which she finds pertinent to share with her readers to help them handle their own life situations. She has been further enlightened by the teachings of her Spiritual Teacher, Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, the Founder of Modern Pranic Healing. Her learning has helped her evolve significantly in this lifetime itself. She has experienced God's presence in her life in many ways.
