Book Details

Quantum is a fast, character-driven techno-thriller that collides hard science with the most human of stakes. When brilliant Oxford researcher Bella and physicist Jack stumble onto a discovery that could rewrite energy, encryption, and power itself, their work draws the attention of governments, venture capital—and darker forces. From ancient lanes in Oxford to the pilgrim road of the Camino de Santiago, the wide skies of Arizona, and the tunnels beneath CERN, the pair race to understand what they've unleashed: a breakthrough at the edge of quantum physics with consequences for every person on earth. Friendship deepens into love as secrets, betrayals, and international intrigue mount. Rich with real science and place, Quantum asks what we owe to truth—and to each other—when discovery outpaces our ability to control it.
