Author Description

Dr.Palan, a Malaysian, is an entrepreneur by choice. He considers himself a nomadic wanderer with a lifelong mission to create value for people, organizations, communities and societies. He is passionate about helping people learn and perform.

An alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Palan studied in USA, UK, Australia, India and Malaysia. He has authored over 15 management and human resource books. He is presently the Chairman of SMRT Holdings Berhad, a company listed on the ACE Market of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd. The company has three operating divisions: HR Professional Services, HR Software and Education.
