For the past few decades, he worked as manager of several Church operations in Europe. Currently, he is the manager of LDS Family Services in Europe.Living in Germany since 1982, William has served in several capacities in US military wards, including twice as bishop and three times as counselor in bishoprics. He is married with three children. William and his wife, Reingard, live near Frankfurt, Germany.For over twenty-five years, William has had a passionate interest in the New Testament and has conducted extensive research into the life and Epistles of the Apostle Paul. This compact work is a condensed rendition of that research."
