Dr. J. Prabhakar is a retired civil engineer with over 35 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects across India. Formerly Senior General Manager (Civil) at MECON Limited under the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, he holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering, an MBA in Operations Management, and a D.Litt. in Tamil.
A passionate writer and researcher, he has authored five books, including three on the DMK political movement and one on civil construction. His deep interest in Siddhars and their scientific-spiritual wisdom led him to write "Siddhargalum Ariviyalum", exploring ancient Tamil knowledge through a modern lens. He was awarded an honorary doctorate by the Global Human Peace University for his contributions to Tamil literature.
