Author Description

Joseph P. Turner has spent his life learning what makes a healthy lifestyle and how to train our bodies to achieve maximum potential. What makes his journey more incredible is he has learned how to do all this while being vegan. He believes that we can each achieve optimum health without compromising our core values and maintaining a healthy lifestyle without the chemicals and preservatives that go into most good. His healthy living approach is both simple and easy to maintain.

His first book is the Meatless Power Cookbook for Vegan Athletes. It focuses on his own personal recipes as well as several he has discovered over the years to trim the fat, lose weight, and feel good in the process.

Joseph is a certified fitness trainer and nutritionist. When he is not in the gym, Joseph can be found hard at work in the kitchen, whipping up his favorite meals or creating new, delicious dishes. Writing may be his latest endeavor, but cooking has always been his true passion.
