I help people return to fun living by solving financial problems. My clients are victims of the recent depression, serious illnesses, job loss, divorce & other issues that steal their ability to be productive. They range from retirees who can no longer afford to pay for their medications, to builders, contractors & other business people such as retailers, small business owners, & investors who need to salvage their real estate portfolios & save their businesses. I am admitted to practice throughout the State of Florida: in both the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida's Bankruptcy Courts in the 11th Circuit for the US District Court; Member of the Judicial Liaison Committee for the Southern District Bankruptcy Court; Chairman of the Martin County Florida Bar Association Bankruptcy Committee; Member of the Consumer and Business Bankruptcy Committees for the American Bar Association (ABA); American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI); and a long-standing member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).
Every client has different needs & goals. I spend the time to understand the full scope of their problems. Clients gain the knowledge they need to get through their situation. I stop harassment & remove the blame, shame, guilt, misinformation & fear that holds them back. I assess income & expenses & develop solutions within their means. My entire legal career has been devoted to helping people solve financial problems that get out of their control due to circumstances they can't help.
