My name is Ashwin John Parmar. I was born in Gujarat and have been a resident of Maharashtra since 1992. I hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Technology (M-Tech) in Mechanical Manufacturing, which laid the foundation for a rewarding career in technical education. My professional journey began when I started my career at Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues Institute of Technology, popularly known as Fr. Agnel College in Bandra (West), Mumbai, at the age of 38. In 1997, I moved to Dubai and worked for four years, gaining valuable experience. Upon returning to India in 2001, I began teaching in Engineering colleges, accumulating 15 years of experience as a Lecturer and 5 years as an Assistant Professor.
