Lindie Lou is an adorable puppy who loves an adventure. She is named after her father, Lynwood Lou Peek-a-boo because they both have huge front paws. But, Lindie Lou looks just like her mother, Molly. They both have soft brown fur, long floppy ears, and big green eyes. Her owners, Joe and Sherry promised the puppy who looks the most like Molly to a family member who lives in the Emerald City. Lindie Lou's adventures take her outside for the first time, to a museum with a ten-story slide, on a puppy play date with children from a local shelter, and on an airplane for the very first time. Come along for the ride while Lindie Lou learns life lessons, discovers what it's like to find a best friend, flies above the clouds with a wise dog named Max, and arrives in the Emerald City.
"Jeanne Bender was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, the second oldest of eight children. Bender grew up loving adventure. After high school, Bender left Wisconsin to attend Brooks College in Long Beach, California. Her major was Fashion Merchandising. After college graduation Bender decided to remain in California pursuing a career in fashion. After a few years, Bender decided to switch careers to real estate. During her successful career in real estate, Bender reserved time to travel. Throughout her adventures Bender's family and friends encouraged her to write stories. After rekindling her love of writing, Bender started studying literary content with a renowned professor in Seattle, Washington and then continued her education at Oxford University in the UK. Bender now writes about her journeys in the Lindie Lou Adventure Book Series. Bender lives in Seattle in the summer and San Diego in the winter.
Kate Willows loves drawing and coloring things on her computer. She creates all the illustrations for the Lindie Lou Adventure Series on her computer. Willows graduated from the Ohio State University, with a degree in Art Technology, and a minor in Design. Kate also works for a gaming company. She has many followers online. She enjoys playing video games and watching cartoons in her spare time. She lives in the Columbus, Ohio area with her two cats Castiel and Cocoa."
