Pre-Purchase

  • What is an eBook?

    Basically, an electronic book is a digital version of a traditional print book.

  • Where can I download EasyReads?

    EasyReads is available for free on the App Store and Google Play.

  • Are there any free previews available for your eBooks?

    Some of our titles do contain sneak previews, but not all of them. Look for a link to “View Sample” below the cover image on the eBook’s product page.

  • Can I read my eBook on a desktop?

    Not at this time, but this option is coming soon. We will notify you when the desktop application of EasyReads becomes available.

  • Can I read my eBook on a browser?

    No. Due to restrictions from DRM software, you will only be able to view your eBooks on the EasyReads app.

At Checkout

  • Why do I need to download an app to read my eBook?

    In order to ensure smooth delivery of your purchase, you will need to have an e-reading app such as Adobe to read your new eBook. Otherwise, your device may not recognize the file.

  • Can I download an eBook multiple times?

    You can only download the number of copies you purchased. However, once you have downloaded the file to your device, you can access the file as many times as you want. If you need extra copies, you need to repurchase the eBook.

  • Do I need an account to purchase an eBook?

    You will be instructed to create a free account at the time of purchase.

  • Do you accept payments through PayPal?

    Yes, we accept payments through PayPal.

  • Are there any credit cards that you do not accept?

    We accept all major credit cards.

  • I have a coupon. Where do I type in the code?

    In your shopping cart, there will be an “Apply Coupon” section underneath the subtotal of the eBook.

Post Purchase

  • What if I switch from a Nook to a Kindle? Do I have to repurchase the eBook?

    No, we will not charge you again. Just reach out to us on our Contact Us page and explain the situation. Our team will then deliver you the appropriate file.

  • My file doesn’t work. Do I get a refund?

    If you discover any faulty files, please let our team know immediately, and we will rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

  • I want to share with the world how amazing this book is. How can I post a review?

    When you click on one of our eBooks, you will see a Reviews tab beneath the book that will allow you to leave comments and rate the novel out of five stars.

  • Can I share an eBook?

    Yes! You will be able to loan eBooks to your friends and family. Any eBook you loan will be available in the borrower’s account for 14 days.

Authors

  • How can I get my book in your store?

    Submit us your manuscript and we’ll take it from there. Learn more about our services at ebooks2go.net.

  • How much do I make off each sale?

    It depends on the retailer.

  • When will I receive my payment?

    You will receive royalties at the end of every month your eBook sees sales.

  • Where’s my book?! I can’t find it.

    Check your eBook’s metadata. You will want to make sure its tags will allow readers to find your novel in the proper genre, as well as in a general title search.
