Chef AJ has followed a plant-exclusive diet for almost fifty years. She hosts the popular daily YouTube show Chef AJ Live! In 2018, she was inducted into the Vegan Hall of Fame. She is also the coauthor with Glen Merzer of Unprocessed, 10th Anniversary Edition (2022) and The Secrets to Ultimate Weight Loss (2018).
