I have been in the Training profession for more than twenty years. It is a profession where I continue to learn a lot. Geoffrey Moss has been training for more than 50 years, and his experiences encompass many lands, cultures, learning styles and deadlines. Training is an art and a science -- and Geoffrey is able to share many skills in a concise manner. The book is well set out and easy to refer to. Good trainers should buy this book, and refer to it regularly (at least once a school term).
