Kandice Cole is the founder of K. Cole Wellness, Certified Chopra Teacher, and self-care guide. In her work, she designs creative spaces for busy professionals to reimagine their self-care practices. Kandice graduated from the University of Chicago with degrees in Psychology and Teaching. She has worked in the education, nonprofit, and government sectors.
