Author Description

Dr. Priyanka De is currently working as an Assistant professor in the Postgraduate Department of Biotechnology, St Xaviers's college, Kolkata. She did M.Sc. (Zoology) with specialization in Genetics from the University of Calcutta and was conferred Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Chemical Biology, Kolkata. She has contributed articles of varied interest in various journals of national and international repute. The author has great fervour in literature and believes in the unison of science and literature. Her first book is entitled 'The Ultimate Query', A translation work based on Sarat Chandra Chattopaddhya's Sesh Prasna (ISBN: 978-93-83548-89-7), published by Priyashilpa Prakashan, Kolkata in January 2016. Her second book entitled 'Dodo Kothai Tui', a Bengali story book for Children (ISBN: 978-93-84184-41-4) was published by Sanskaar publication, Kolkata in December 2016.
