I always look forward to reading any of Geoffrey Moss's publications. He has the ability to cut to the thrust, or "crystallise the essence". You can carry Geoffrey Moss's books around with you, and have a very good library of management or teaching tools. Secrets for New Managers appealed to me because I was an old fellow with more than 30 years teaching experience, as well as some more life experience. Was I too set in my ways to become a manager? I read Geoffrey Moss's book, and was inspired with confidence. I was able to identify with what Geoffrey said, because these were experiences I had experienced. Yes, I have made mistakes -- but I can certainly learn from them, and use these experiences to help others. Clearly, Geoffrey Moss is a man of experience. His journey is an outstanding journey, and I don't believe he has finished yet. I have heard it said that this might be his last book. I really hope this is not the case -- but it is a very valuable and helpful read. As I move on in my own journey, I openly admit that I have leant on Geoffrey Moss's writings on many occasions. I hope you will enjoy this valuable book too.
